Daliah Saper

Daliah Saper is a Principal Attorney at Saper Law Offices, LLC, who advises clients on intellectual property law, media, entertainment, internet, and business law. She handles trademark, copyright, defamation, privacy, social media, contract, and commercial litigation matters. Daliah earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois College of Business. During law school, she served on the Journal of Law, Technology and Policy and led the Intellectual Property Law Society as president. Her education strengthened the research, writing, commercial analysis, and leadership skills she applies to intellectual property, media, technology, entertainment, and complex business matters.

Daliah has handled high-profile cases, including a matter argued before the Illinois Supreme Court. She is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the General Bar and Trial Bar of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Daliah Saper is an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she teaches Sports and Entertainment Law.
