Christian T. Williams

Christian T. Williams is a trial lawyer at Domina Law Group PC LLO who represents clients in complex civil disputes. He handles trial practice, personal injury law, will and trust disputes, and business and commercial litigation. He advocates for clients in state and federal proceedings involving substantial financial, personal, and property interests. He entered the firm with prior experience guiding clients through family law, business law, estate planning, and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Williams earned his J.D. from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. He received his B.A. from the University of Iowa, where he studied music and political science. He entered Drake’s legal clinic earlier than his classmates to gain practical experience assisting low-income clients. He addressed estate planning, divorce, and Medicaid eligibility matters while working in the clinic. He authored an appellate brief concerning immigration for the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Williams clerked at Casey’s General Stores, Inc., where he supported compliance work related to the company’s expansion into two states. He prepared title opinions and helped manage outside counsel during that clerkship. He is admitted in Iowa and Nebraska, along with federal district and bankruptcy courts in those states. He belongs to the Nebraska and Iowa State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association.

Christian T. Williams brings varied legal experience and a strong record of service to his trial practice. He received recognition from Iowa Legal Aid in 2014 for providing more than 100 hours of pro bono representation. He was one of three Southwest Iowa lawyers acknowledged that year for serving low-income residents. He combines courtroom advocacy, practical problem-solving, and experience across individual and commercial disputes when developing strategies for his clients.
