Dagmar Butte is an accomplished immigration attorney with nearly 30 years of experience helping families and businesses navigate the complex U.S. immigration system. A long-time leader within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she served as an Elected Director for 15 years and chaired multiple national AILA committees. Dagmar has helped shape immigration policy by collaborating with USCIS at local and national levels and by lobbying in Washington, D.C., to streamline and improve U.S. immigration processes.

As a trusted legal educator, Dagmar Butte has spoken at numerous conferences globally and published extensively on immigration law. Her accolades include multiple AILA Presidential Commendations, the 2018 AILA Distinguished Service Award, and consistent recognition as a SuperLawyer and Chambers USA listee since 2008.
