Craig Drummond

Craig W. Drummond is the founding attorney of Drummond Law Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he focuses on personal injury litigation. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. Craig represents injured people and families against insurers, businesses, property owners, and other responsible parties, preparing cases for settlement, arbitration, or trial when necessary.

Craig earned his J.D. from Drake University Law School and a B.A. in English from Drake University, with minors in Business and Military Science. In law school, he competed on the National Mock Trial Team and received awards for appellate advocacy and client representation. His academic and advocacy training provided a foundation for courtroom work, legal analysis, and the trial preparation that has shaped his civil litigation practice.

Before founding his firm in 2010, Craig served as a U.S. Army JAG officer, military prosecutor, trial defense counsel, and brigade judge advocate. During a deployment to Iraq, he defended service members in criminal proceedings, including a widely reported murder case that ended in acquittals.

Craig has tried more than 50 contested cases and recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients. Reported results include a $7,507,000 motor vehicle judgment, a $7,250,000 sexual assault and negligent security recovery, a $2,900,000 overhead door injury recovery, and a $1,850,000 commercial truck injury recovery. His cases have involved Amazon, Walmart, FedEx, Ford, Toyota, Caesars, Uber, and Lyft. He also handled a Nevada Supreme Court appeal.

Craig W. Drummond is admitted in Nevada, Missouri, and Kansas and before the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. His military service earned him the Bronze Star Medal, along with other decorations, and he later served as a Nevada special prosecutor and as a hearing officer for police fatality public fact-finding reviews. Craig also serves on the Drake Law School Board of Counselors, bringing military, trial, appellate, and public-service experience to his personal injury practice.
