Conti Moore Smith

Conti Moore Smith is an Orlando family law lawyer and managing partner who represents clients in divorce and other domestic relations matters. Her practice includes child custody, child support, domestic violence, injunctions, judgment modification, LGBTQ divorce, relocation, paternity, property division, and uncontested divorce. Smith earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and her B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University. She placed first at the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyer’s Mock Trial Competition and second at the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s competition.

Smith began her legal career in Nevada, where she handled business disputes, personal injury, family law, landlord-tenant matters, and employment discrimination. Her work included litigation from the opening stages of a case through trial and appeal. She later focused her practice on family law in Florida. Her broader litigation background supports her work in contested divorce, custody, support, relocation, property division, and related proceedings requiring detailed preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Conti Moore Smith has received recognition for advocacy and public service. The National Bar Association and IMPACT named her among the Nation’s Best Advocates: 40 Lawyers Under 40. She received an Excellence in Service Award for community service and the Lied Award for Most Pro Bono Hours in Clark County.
