Constance Mims

Constance Mims is a seasoned Texas attorney with over 15 years of experience practicing exclusively in family law. She is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and certified in Collaborative Law. Her practice spans a wide range of complex issues, including child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, alimony, prenuptial agreements, and high-conflict divorce cases. Constance earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2007 and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University in 2002.

Constance represents clients across Texas and works out of offices in Southlake and Fort Worth.
