He also served as a student ambassador, president of the Animal Law Society, and vice magister of Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity. Spencer was also selected to act as a Judicial Reform Consultant in Mongolia, advising the legislature and collaborating with officials from the Supreme Court and Ministry departments.
