Clyde Hutchins

Clyde Hutchins is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, business law, and consumer protection. As the founder of Harmony Law, LLC, he provides legal representation in state and federal courts throughout Wyoming and Colorado. His diverse legal background includes work in corporate law, bond law, securities law, and municipal law, making him a well-rounded legal advocate for businesses and individuals.

Clyde earned his B.S. from Troy State University in 1994. He then obtained his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2001. His education provided him with a strong foundation in legal principles, litigation strategies, and business law, which he applies in his practice today.

Clyde launched his legal career as a law clerk for district court judges in Cheyenne, Wyoming, building a strong foundation in trial practice and legal research. He then joined a Wyoming-based litigation and business law firm, where he handled a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Clyde later relocated to Alaska to serve as chief litigator at a firm focused on bond, securities, and municipal law, deepening his experience in public finance, legal financing structures, and complex, high-stakes litigation.

In 2011, the State of Wyoming hired Clyde to represent the state in national tobacco arbitration and act as the tobacco settlement attorney. During his tenure at the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, he established and enforced a consumer protection unit, demonstrating his commitment to public advocacy.

In 2016, Clyde founded Harmony Law, LLC, a firm focusing on civil litigation and business law. His practice is active in state and federal courts across Wyoming and Colorado. Additionally, he is a member of the Alaska Bar and is authorized to practice in federal courts in Missouri and Nebraska.

Clyde Hutchins represents clients in various legal matters, including business disputes, consumer protection, and financial law. He is also authorized to handle cases in other states under the “pro hac vice” rule, allowing him to advocate for clients across jurisdictions.
