Chuck’s educational journey began at Belmont University, where he earned a BS (1996), followed by a JD (2000) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. His academic foundation in both music and law positioned him perfectly for a career bridging creativity and commerce.

Chuck’s career has touched nearly every kind of entertainment deal imaginable. From music publishing to performance contracts, he has seen how clarity determines the strength of any agreement. He often reminds clients that clarity separates a contract from an understanding, emphasizing transparency in purpose, terms, and expectations.
