With more than thirty years of combined experience in entertainment and law, Chuck Allen Floyd has built a versatile career that bridges creativity and legal expertise. He has worked as a touring performer, staff writer, producer, publisher, attorney, and independent record label owner.
His diverse background gives clients practical insight and strategic direction for creative and business success.

Chuck’s educational journey began at Belmont University, where he earned a BS (1996), followed by a JD (2000) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. His academic foundation in both music and law positioned him perfectly for a career bridging creativity and commerce.

Chuck’s career has touched nearly every kind of entertainment deal imaginable. From music publishing to performance contracts, he has seen how clarity determines the strength of any agreement. He often reminds clients that clarity separates a contract from an understanding, emphasizing transparency in purpose, terms, and expectations. His hands-on experience allows him to simplify complex negotiations while protecting creative rights.

Chuck is licensed to practice in Texas (2000) and Tennessee (2018). He is actively involved with professional organizations, including the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association Entertainment Law Section, and the Texas Bar Association Entertainment and Sports Law Section.
