Christopher W. Boline

Christopher W. Boline is an attorney at Felhaber Larson whose practice spans business law, real estate development, construction law, and outside general counsel work. He advises companies on shareholder disputes, business separations, conflicts, real estate matters, and construction issues. He also works with construction industry clients on contract drafting, mechanic’s liens, construction defect claims, project counseling, and administrative disputes involving governmental agencies, helping businesses protect operations and pursue practical resolutions.

Christopher earned his B.A., with honors, from St. John’s University and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as before the US District Court for the District of Minnesota. His education and admissions support a practice that combines business counseling, litigation, real estate, and construction matters across federal forums, including disputes that require courtroom advocacy or administrative proceedings.

Christopher has secured favorable results in business and land use disputes. His experience includes obtaining a unanimous jury verdict for a former executive in a restricted stock dispute and a successful Minnesota Court of Appeals reversal in a land use matter. He also guides companies through shareholder litigation and business divorces, working to preserve continuity while resolving ownership conflicts. Christopher W. Boline is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. He has also served as a high school mock trial judge and as a mentor through Mitchell Hamline School of Law. In addition, he has co-authored material on commercial real estate transactions and presented on mechanic’s liens and construction litigation strategies.
