Christopher started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Shawnee County, KS, where he prosecuted felony cases involving crimes like DUI, drug distribution, aggravated assault, domestic violence, and even murder. His role required managing a demanding trial docket and presenting cases before juries. These early years shaped his deep understanding of prosecution tactics and courtroom dynamics.

Christopher later served as an Assistant County Attorney in Leavenworth County, KS. There, he led prosecution on major felony and drug-related cases, including rape, involuntary manslaughter, and aggravated robbery. He also handled criminal appeals, wrote legal briefs, and successfully argued in Kansas appellate courts. His expertise gained further recognition when he presented at statewide conferences on drug and DUI prosecution techniques.

Christopher is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Leavenworth County Bar Association, and Earl O’Connor Inn of Court. He also supports his community through work with Operation Breakthrough, which helps high-risk urban youth.
