Christopher Panio

Christopher Panio is the founder of Panio Law Offices, a personal injury firm serving Chicago and surrounding communities. He represents people harmed in serious accidents and other negligence matters, including motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian injuries, medical malpractice, and premises liability. His practice also addresses workers’ compensation and other injury-related claims. He handles disputes requiring an understanding of liability, injury evidence, and the financial losses that clients may suffer.

Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, with a minor in International Business, from the University of Colorado in 2002. He later received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he earned Dean’s List honors. While attending law school, he clerked at Lavin & Nisivaco under attorney Terrance J. Lavin. His education and early legal work helped prepare him for plaintiff-side injury litigation.

After law school, Christopher worked at a Chicago law firm handling complex injury matters before founding Panio Law Offices in 2012. His reported results include a $4 million pedestrian accident settlement and a notable 2022 verdict involving a partially torn rotator cuff. He also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Circuit Court of Cook County’s mandatory arbitration program, reviewing personal injury and property damage disputes brought before the court.

Christopher Panio has received Super Lawyers recognition and been named among The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has held leadership roles with the South Suburban Bar Association’s civil law activities.
