Christopher Millar

Christopher Millar is a criminal defense attorney with a background shaped by military service and courtroom experience. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, he served in the United States Air Force at multiple duty stations worldwide. His service instilled discipline, leadership, and a strong commitment to justice for clients.

After leaving the military, Christopher attended Arizona State University at the Ira. A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, Illinois, to prepare for legal practice nationwide.

During his Air Force career, Christopher deployed to Bagram Air Field in Afghanistan and received numerous awards for military achievements. He completed his engineering degree at the top of his class and graduated Cum Laude, reflecting academic excellence, dedication, and consistent performance under demanding conditions in professional environments.

After law school, Christopher began his legal career at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, serving the community as a prosecutor. He received extensive training in criminal procedure and trial advocacy, completed over thirty trials, handled hundreds of felony cases, and prosecuted serious offenders in Arizona courts statewide.

Christopher later transitioned to a Chandler criminal defense firm in the Phoenix Valley, gaining experience on the defense side of criminal law. His background as a prosecutor enabled him to anticipate strategies, analyze evidence effectively, and protect clients’ rights through informed, balanced legal representation.

Christopher Millar founded Millar Law, P.L.L.C., to continue serving others and defending individual rights. Drawing on military discipline, engineering training, and extensive courtroom experience, he provides focused criminal defense representation.
