About

Christopher J. Marzzacco is the owner and managing attorney of Marzzacco Niven & Associates, a Pennsylvania firm serving injured and disabled clients. He concentrates on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases involving car, motorcycle, and tractor-trailer crashes. His practice also includes premises liability, workplace accidents, dangerous and defective products, and civil rights claims. Marzzacco helps clients pursue compensation after catastrophic injuries and fatal accidents caused by negligence or misconduct.

Marzzacco earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wilkes University in 1993 and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg in 1996. His legal education prepared him for a practice requiring careful case evaluation, persuasive advocacy, and a detailed understanding of insurance and injury law. He is admitted in Pennsylvania, two federal district courts, and the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Marzzacco has handled significant injury and civil rights matters throughout his career. His reported results include a $5 million construction site fall recovery, multimillion-dollar settlements arising from vehicle crashes, and a $5.65 million settlement for a man wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for more than 24 years. He has also obtained confidential multimillion-dollar mediation settlements in defective product cases and represented families in fatal truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, and drunk-driving claims.

Christopher J. Marzzacco has been selected for Super Lawyers each year from 2017 through 2026 and has received recognition from The Best Lawyers in America. He serves on the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s Middle District Board of Governors and Widener Commonwealth Law School’s Dean’s Advisory Committee. Marzzacco has taught trial advocacy, coached mock trial teams, written about personal injury and automobile insurance issues, and presented continuing legal education programs for Pennsylvania lawyers.
