Christopher F. Bagnato

Christopher F. Bagnato is Jensen Bagnato, PC’s founding partner, shareholder, and chief financial officer. With extensive experience in litigation, he represents clients in immigration, criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. His firm is a full-service general practice law firm, handling cases in personal injury, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy, medical malpractice, civil rights, and employment law.

Christopher earned his JD from Indiana University School of Law and later pursued an LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (2010), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2010), the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2012), the Federal Immigration Court (2015), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2020).

Before founding Jensen Bagnato, PC, Christopher led litigation as managing attorney at a full-service law firm, handling domestic relations, criminal defense, immigration, and civil litigation matters. He also brings academic experience as an adjunct professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he teaches “Spanish for Lawyers,” training future bilingual attorneys to better serve diverse client communities.

Recognized for his excellence in family law, Christopher has received prestigious honors, including being named to the Nationally Ranked Top 10 Under 40 by the American Society of Legal Advocates, “10 Best” Attorneys in PA by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, and Top 1% by the National Institute Association of Distinguished Counsel.
