Jeffrey Nash

Jeffrey Nash is a litigation attorney at Giordano, Glaws, Fenstermacher & Nash, LLP, where he focuses on defending general liability matters. Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2013. While in law school, he was a notes and comment editor for the Journal of Law and Policy and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He also competed in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. His early legal experience includes internships with the New York City Law Department, Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, New York City Business Integrity Commission, and the Law Office of Michael Kalmus. He also worked with the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, assisting emerging companies with legal matters.

Before moving into civil litigation, Jeffrey served as a Bronx prosecutor for three years, trying numerous cases to verdict and presenting dozens more to the grand jury. He began with assault, weapons, and vehicular matters before joining the Economic Crime Bureau, where he developed deep experience in financial fraud, white-collar crime, and identity theft investigations. This prosecutorial background sharpened his trial advocacy skills and his ability to manage heavy, complex caseloads while giving each case detailed, strategic attention.
