Jeffrey Nash

Jeffrey Nash is a litigation attorney at Giordano, Glaws, Fenstermacher & Nash, LLP, where he focuses on defending general liability matters. Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2013. While in law school, he was a notes and comment editor for the Journal of Law and Policy and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He also competed in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. His early legal experience includes internships with the New York City Law Department, Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, New York City Business Integrity Commission, and the Law Office of Michael Kalmus. He also worked with the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, assisting emerging companies with legal matters.

Before transitioning to civil litigation, Jeffrey spent three years as a prosecutor in the Bronx, where he tried numerous cases to verdict and presented dozens to the grand jury. Initially handling assault, weapons, and vehicular cases, he later worked in the Economic Crime Bureau, gaining experience in financial crimes and identity theft investigations. His prosecutorial background honed his ability to manage high caseloads while providing meticulous attention to each case.
