Christopher D. Mandracchia

Christopher D. Mandracchia, Esq., is a skilled trial attorney and founder of CDM Law, LLC. He focuses on complex legal cases in civil, contracts, corporate, and criminal law. Mr. Mandracchia is also a pioneer in the legal cannabis industry, helping cannabis businesses with general counsel, litigation, contracts, licensing, and compliance. He has a strong history of defending clients in both local and federal courts.

Mr. Mandracchia earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2010 and holds a B.A. from Duke University, earned in 2006. His education prepared him well to handle a variety of legal challenges.

Mr. Mandracchia, before founding his law firm, worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Berks County, PA, where he gained valuable experience in criminal justice. He has prosecuted and defended many cases, including those involving DUIs, drug crimes, gang crimes, sex crimes, and cannabis-related offenses. His training includes specialized courses like Top Gun at the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center.

Mr. Mandracchia is a NORML legal committee lifetime member and a former chair of the Montgomery Bar Medical Marijuana and Hemp Law Committee. He also teaches continuing legal education courses on Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana and cannabis laws.
