In this role, he handled both litigation and transactional matters involving business law, government affairs, real estate, trust and estates, and tax incentives after law school. He litigated complex six-figure cases through summary judgment and prepared appellate briefs for matters before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. His transactional work included multi-million-dollar industrial revenue bond deals and advising on state and federal grants and tax incentive programs.
