Christopher A. Kerosky

Christopher A. Kerosky is a highly accomplished immigration attorney with over 35 years of experience, serving as the principal attorney at K & G Immigration Law. Recognized as one of California’s top immigration lawyers, he has been listed in “Super Lawyers” for 14 years, most recently in 2024. He is also ranked in the top 1% of immigration attorneys nationwide by JUSTIA. Mr. Kerosky earned a B.A. and B.Phil. from Miami University in 1981. He pursued international studies at the Centre European de Luxembourg in 1980. He later graduated with a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

In the early stages of his career, Mr. Kerosky served as counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he gained significant experience in handling complex legal matters. His legal practice spans a variety of immigration cases, including naturalization, family-based visas, DACA, asylum, and deportation defense. From 2004 to 2019, he served as Honorary Consul for the Republic of Poland in San Francisco, representing Polish nationals and supporting their legal needs. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Human Rights Commission for Sonoma County, advocating for immigrant rights and supporting community education initiatives.
