About
Christina Corbaci is the founder and managing attorney of Corbaci Law, P.C. in Woburn, Massachusetts, where she focuses on immigration representation. She has represented hundreds of clients locally, throughout the United States, and at consulates abroad. Her work includes immigration court appearances, matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and consular processing of visa applications. She leads a practice serving people navigating family-based, humanitarian, removal, and other immigration pathways.
Corbaci earned her J.D. from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from Brigham Young University in International Relations (Law and Diplomacy) and Spanish Studies. During law school, she interned with Catholic Charities’ immigration unit in New York, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society in Vienna, and a human rights organization in Peru. These experiences gave her early exposure to immigration, refugee, and human rights work before she entered full-time immigration practice.
Corbaci spent eight years at Joyce & Associates in Boston before launching her own practice in 2015. She regularly appears in immigration court and before USCIS and handles consular processing matters. The firm’s immigration services include family immigration, waivers, removal defense, asylum, humanitarian options, naturalization, DACA, TPS, green card renewal, and employment authorization. She has also served as a Professor of Practice for Immigration Law at Tufts University and speaks at community events.
Christina Corbaci is admitted in Massachusetts, New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Her professional work includes pro bono service with the CARA Family Detention Project, Kids in Need of Defense, and the ACLU of Massachusetts Immigration Protection Project. She combines extensive immigration practice, multilingual ability, teaching, and community involvement in representing clients through complex immigration processes.
