About
Crystal Morillo is an associate attorney with Corbaci Law, P.C. in Woburn, Massachusetts. She focuses on immigration matters and regularly appears with clients before immigration court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She joined the firm in 2017 and works across the types of cases handled by the immigration practice. Her responsibilities include developing case strategies, presenting client circumstances to courts and agencies, and helping supervise activities in the firm’s Woburn location.
Morillo earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B.S. from Babson College. Her education supports legal research, advocacy, and case preparation for matters that require careful factual presentation before immigration judges and government adjudicators.
Morillo has led the firm’s U visa and Special Immigrant Juvenile practices while also handling other immigration matters. She presents cases before immigration court and USCIS and works closely with the firm’s managing attorney on strategy. Her responsibilities extend to training staff and supporting operations in Woburn. The firm’s broader immigration work includes family immigration, waivers, removal defense, consular processing, asylum, humanitarian relief, naturalization, DACA, TPS, green card renewal, and employment authorization.
Crystal Morillo is admitted in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her pro bono service includes work with the ACLU of Massachusetts Immigration Protection Project and Greater Boston Legal Services projects. She speaks fluent Spanish and brings immigration clinic training, courtroom and agency experience, and leadership responsibilities to her practice.
