Christian Contreras

Christian Contreras is an attorney, activist, and community advocate who leads the Law Offices of Christian Contreras, PLC. He focuses on civil rights, personal injury, and criminal defense matters. His work centers on protecting constitutional rights and representing clients in complex litigation and high-stakes legal disputes.

Christian earned his law degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2018 and was admitted to practice in California in 2020. He chose a legal career after completing his undergraduate studies and now serves clients across the Los Angeles area in a wide range of civil matters.

Christian maintains a strong trial practice, handling wrongful death and civil rights cases. He tries an average of seven jury trials each year. He also manages an active appellate practice and has achieved successful outcomes before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Court of Appeals.

Christian has secured major results for clients, including multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements. In 2025, he obtained a $6,000,000 jury verdict in a police shooting case and a $3,300,000 verdict in a jail death case. He also achieved an $8,500,000 settlement in another case.

Christian has received recognition for his legal work and leadership. He was selected to Rising Stars from 2022 to 2026, and his firm was named a top boutique in California in 2024. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
