Mr. Moore holds a J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the University of Illinois Law Review and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. He also earned a B.A. from The University of Chicago, a renowned institution known for its academic excellence.

During his tenure, he co‑authored Illinois Litigation Rules, an innovative web application that gives commercial litigators instant, searchable access to critical Illinois procedural and litigation rules.
