Cherissa “Reese” Loire Krajniak

Cherissa “Reese” Loire Krajniak is the Principal Attorney of Loire Krajniak Law, LLC, where she represents clients in divorce, family law, and estate planning matters across Northern Illinois. She provides clear guidance during complex legal disputes and helps individuals protect their rights, finances, and futures. Since opening her practice, she has focused on practical solutions that reduce conflict while achieving strong results. Reese earned her B.A. in Sociology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where she received her J.D. in 2009. During law school, she completed more than 200 hours of pro bono service through the Pro Bono Clinic, assisting underserved community members with meaningful legal support. Her academic training built a strong foundation in research, writing, ethics, and client advocacy. She graduated with honors and completed the program in two years.

Reese established her own practice in downtown Chicago and, after being admitted to the bar, founded Loire Krajniak Law, LLC in 2016. She assists clients through every stage of divorce, including property division, parenting plans, maintenance, and support disputes. In family law cases, she advocates for practical agreements that protect children and promote long-term stability. She also prepares comprehensive estate plans, helping families safeguard assets and provide clear instructions for the future with diligence and clear communication throughout.

Cherissa “Reese” Loire Krajniak is admitted to practice in Illinois, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association Chicago Chapter.
