Chelsey E. Phippen

Chelsey E. Phippen is a shareholder at Kipp & Christian, P.C. whose current practice focuses on medical malpractice defense and general insurance defense. Chelsey represents medical providers in malpractice litigation, professional licensing actions, and other civil defense matters. She joined Kipp & Christian in 2016 and has been a partner since 2021. Chelsey earned a J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Law and Constitutional Studies from Utah State University in 2007.
