Chase Johnson

Chase Johnson is an attorney at Dinse who concentrates on Corporate Transactions and Governance and Renewable Energy Transactions. He also served as a summer clerk in the Vermont Attorney General’s Criminal Division. His nonprofit work includes formation, governance, ongoing operations, and commercial transactions.
