Charles W. Gaines is an accomplished intellectual property attorney with over three decades of experience representing clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Mr. Gaines earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1989. He also holds two undergraduate degrees from Midwestern State University—one in Chemistry (1989) and another in Education (1976). This academic foundation underpins his deep understanding of scientific principles critical to patent law and complex litigation.

Mr. Gaines’ technical experience spans semiconductor fabrication, optoelectronics, nanotechnology, chemical processes, and electromechanical systems.
