Charles Blaska

Charles Blaska is a founding partner of Blaska Holm LLC in Atlanta and a trial and appellate attorney with substantial personal injury experience. He has served as lead counsel in hundreds of personal injury actions in state and federal courts. His work includes vehicular collisions, premises liability, professional malpractice, governmental negligence, and products liability. He approaches litigation from the beginning with attention to trial strategy, procedural requirements, and the preservation of issues that may later become important on appeal.

Charles earned his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia. He completed his Juris Doctor in 2009. His education provided a foundation for courtroom advocacy, legal analysis, and understanding human behavior, all of which support his work in contested injury matters. After bar passage, he began trying cases and developed his practice under experienced trial and appellate lawyers, building a combined trial-and-appeal perspective.

Charles has handled cases from initial investigation through trial and appellate review. His appellate work includes Georgia decisions addressing issues of first impression, including Duff v. Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and Stelly v. WSE Property Management, LLC. He has developed experience spotting appellate issues while preparing cases for trial, a skill that helps protect the record during active litigation. His practice emphasizes organization, procedure, and careful case development.

Charles Blaska teaches law through Kennesaw State University’s College of Continuing and Professional Education. His professional work combines personal injury litigation, appellate analysis, and practical client counseling.
