Chaille G. Walraven

Chaille G. Walraven is a Managing Director and a dedicated advocate for land and royalty owners. She focuses her legal practice on oil and gas law, real estate, and civil litigation. She has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, to protect the contractual rights of mineral stakeholders.

Chaille earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from Baylor University in 2007, graduating cum laude. She continued at Baylor Law School, receiving her Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 2012. During law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and was a member of Baylor’s National Mock Trial championship team.

Chaille devotes a significant portion of her practice to enforcing oil and gas lease terms on behalf of royalty owners. With deep roots in Western Oklahoma’s ranching and mineral ownership communities, Chaille brings personal and professional insight to every case she handles.

Chaille is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas, and admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Her work is marked by strong advocacy for property rights and energy law compliance.

Chaille G. Walraven is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Real Property, Litigation, and Energy and Natural Resource Sections. She also belongs to the Mineral Lawyers Society of Oklahoma City and contributes to regional bar organizations that support legal and community development.
