Mr. Brakhahn earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Political Science, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, in 2007. He then attended Harvard Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2011. Following law school, he was admitted to practice law in Iowa in 2011 and Nebraska in 2012. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brakhahn has focused on resolving legal disputes quickly and cost-effectively.
