Casey Kannenberg

Casey C. Kannenberg is counsel at Jackson Kelly PLLC in Denver, Colorado. He works with the Healthcare and Commercial Litigation practice groups and has more than 15 years of litigation experience. His healthcare work includes medical malpractice, professional liability, corrections healthcare defense, and representation of hospitals and long-term care facilities. He also handles business disputes, appeals, and sports-related matters, bringing experience across several fields in which legal issues can overlap.

Casey earned his B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University in 2006 and his J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. He is admitted in Indiana, Colorado, and New Mexico, as well as several federal courts. His legal education and subsequent practice support work involving trial preparation and appellate analysis. This background is useful when a dispute must be considered from its initial assessment through a possible appeal.

Casey handles pre-suit evaluation, budgeting, discovery, depositions, expert management, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
