Cary M. Toland is a highly respected trial attorney with a long-standing commitment to justice for injured individuals and grieving families. Cary earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, graduating Cum Laude in 1992. Shortly thereafter, he served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorable Filemon B. Vela of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, an experience that shaped his approach to trial advocacy.

Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2001, Cary has consistently demonstrated excellence in complex litigation. In 2005, he was invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates in recognition of his skill, professionalism, and courtroom achievements.

Cary’s leadership within the legal profession is equally notable.
