Carlos E. Manzano

Carlos E. Manzano is a North Carolina public finance lawyer and partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, who advises clients on complex municipal finance transactions. He serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel, and borrower’s counsel in taxable and tax-exempt financings.
