Carl J. Stanek

Carl J. Stanek represents injured workers in Ohio workers’ compensation matters. Co., L.P.A., shifting his focus to advocacy for injured employees. His background includes proceedings involving workers’ compensation injuries, occupational disease claims, and violations of specific safety requirements, often known as VSSR matters. These issues require close attention to workplace conditions and compensation rules.
