Cameron A. Grant

Cameron A. Grant is a Shareholder at Lyons Gaddis, P.C., who leads the firm’s Real Estate Team. His practice focuses on real estate, land use and entitlements, commercial leasing, business transactions, and oil and gas matters. He represents homebuilders, developers, investors, contractors, and property owners in the acquisition, development, and management of residential subdivisions, condominiums, master-planned communities, industrial buildings, and office projects. His business work includes joint ventures, entity structuring, strategy, and general corporate counseling.

Cameron earned a B.A. in English from Colorado College in 1991, with an emphasis in vocal music performance, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1995. During law school, he authored an article on transboundary air pollution for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Politics and served as Production Editor. His academic background provided a foundation for the legal analysis, writing, and strategic planning involved in complex real estate and business matters.

Cameron has advised clients on major development, acquisition, entitlement, and real estate transactions throughout Colorado. His representative work includes a 1,200-acre annexation and development of the Barefoot Lakes master-planned community, a multi-county land and mineral sale, the Heron Lakes mixed-use golf community, and the Rocky Mountain Fuel Company acquisition. He has also handled hospital development, water-rights transactions, leasing, community association creation, purchase and sale transactions, and business and tax planning for real estate projects.

Cameron A. Grant combines legal experience with firsthand knowledge as an active real estate investor and developer in Northern Colorado. He previously served as the firm’s Managing Shareholder and now focuses on client representation, team supervision, and community involvement. His leadership includes serving as Chair of the Longmont Economic Development Partnership and past chair of the Longmont Housing Authority. He has also served with several regional foundations, business organizations, and bar associations while continuing to advise clients on complex real estate and business opportunities.
