Calvin A. Edwards, Jr.

Calvin A. Edwards, Jr. is the owner and CEO of Peach State Probate, P.C. and a Georgia probate attorney focused exclusively on probate and inheritance litigation. His work includes will contests and disputes, executor and trustee litigation, fraudulent deed transfers, and financial elder abuse litigation. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, he represents clients in contested estate matters involving inheritance rights, fiduciary conduct, and disputed property transfers.

Calvin graduated from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 2000. After law school, he served as a Fulton County Staff Attorney to the Honorable Gail S. Tusan before joining a civil litigation firm as an associate. His early work included developing practice areas in family law and sports law, followed by the creation of his own practice, which later became Peach State Probate.

Calvin has appeared in federal and state courts throughout Georgia and in other states, including Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina, Virginia, Illinois, and California. His current practice is dedicated to probate and inheritance disputes, where he handles contested wills, fiduciary litigation, fraudulent transfers, and claims involving financial exploitation of older adults. His courtroom background reflects more than 25 years as a litigator pursuing and defending contested matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Calvin A. Edwards, Jr. is a member of the National Top 100 Black Lawyers, The National Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and the Georgia Bar Association. He is admitted before the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
