About

Adam Fried is the attorney and founder of Fried Law Group and focuses on complex estate, trust, probate, and guardianship disputes. He serves as lead trial counsel in contested matters involving wills and trusts, executor and trustee removal, fiduciary duties, accountings, disputed gifts, beneficiary designations, inheritance issues, fund management, and elder exploitation. His practice is built around high-stakes disputes involving family wealth and estate administration.

Adam earned a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School in 1995 and a B.A. from Ohio State University in 1992. His legal education has been followed by decades of focused work in probate and estate litigation. He has taught wills, trusts, and estates at Cleveland State University College of Law and lectures on probate evidence, capacity, undue influence, guardianship, fiduciary issues, and related litigation topics.

Adam has served as lead trial attorney in hundreds of estate and trust disputes and has tried high-stakes cases to verdict. His experience includes will and trust contests, removal actions against executors and trustees, interpretation of ambiguous estate documents, fiduciary accountings, breach-of-duty claims, and efforts to void gifts or beneficiary designations. He uses discovery, depositions, written advocacy, and cross-examination to develop and present contested probate claims.

Adam Fried is admitted in Ohio, the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His professional recognition includes AV Preeminent peer review, Ohio Super Lawyers selections, Best Lawyers in America recognition, and multiple Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year honors.
