Caleb Olson

Caleb Olson is a Utah immigration attorney whose practice focuses exclusively on family- and business-based immigration law. He represents individuals, families, employers, and businesses in immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, guiding clients through complex immigration processes with practical legal counsel. His work includes assisting with family petitions, employment-based immigration, and applications before US immigration agencies.

Mr. Olson earned his Bachelor of Accounting from Louisiana State University–Shreveport in 2014. Before entering the legal profession, he spent approximately six years with Goldman Sachs, working in Equity Capital Markets in Salt Lake City, Sydney, and New York City. During that time, he assisted with complex equity transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2023. During law school, he completed two semesters with the Immigration Law Clinic and was appointed Student Director. In that role, He gained practical experience representing clients as Student Director of the Immigration Law Clinic and later served as an immigration law clerk.

Caleb Olson is admitted to practice law in Utah and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). After completing law school, he began building his immigration practice by working exclusively in the field, concentrating on family- and business-based immigration matters. His experience includes immigrant and non-immigrant visas, employment petitions, family reunification, and immigration compliance for businesses. By combining his legal training with a background in international finance, he provides practical guidance tailored to each client’s immigration goals.
