C. Paige Gabhart

C. Paige Gabhart is an attorney and the president of Gabhart Law in Jeffersonville, Indiana. His practice covers criminal law, DUI and DWI, family law, adoption, divorce, child custody and support, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, probate and estate administration, and wills. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Gabhart earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University at Bloomington School of Law in 1989. He also holds a Master of Music in Theory and Composition and a Bachelor of Music in Applied Piano, both from the University of Louisville.

Mr. Gabhart’s academic foundation reflects a depth of discipline and dedication that carries into every aspect of his legal work. Earlier in his career, he served as co-chair of the Southern Indiana Domestic Violence Shelter Task Force, which secured financing and oversaw construction of the first shelter for abused women and children in Indiana.

C. Paige Gabhart leads a life of varied accomplishment and community involvement. He is a licensed private pilot and president of Eleven-X, Inc., an aviation club based at Bowman Field in Louisville, Kentucky.
