Eagar earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and holds a B.A. from Arizona State University. During law school, he concentrated on estate planning and probate and participated in the Civil Justice Clinic, where he represented victims of mortgage fraud. His legal education emphasized client advocacy, problem-solving, and practical application of estate and property law principles.
