About

Brynna Gang is a Partner at Kraus Law Group, where she focuses exclusively on vaccine injury litigation. She represents clients nationwide in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. She is committed to helping individuals who feel marginalized and to securing fair outcomes through strong, dedicated advocacy.

Brynna earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2013. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY Binghamton, where she developed an early interest in the history of medicine and its connection to legal issues.

Brynna began her legal career representing clients in Social Security Disability matters. She handled more than 1,000 cases in administrative hearings and federal appeals. This work gave her a deep understanding of how serious health conditions can affect individuals and their daily lives.

Brynna later worked in medical malpractice defense, collaborating with healthcare providers and medical experts. This experience helped her gain insight into medical decision-making and complex injury cases, strengthening her ability to analyze and present detailed medical evidence.

Brynna was first introduced to vaccine-injury law as a student in the vaccine-injury clinic at Chicago-Kent College of Law. She recognized that this field combined her interests in law and medicine, leading her to focus her practice entirely on vaccine-injury litigation.

Brynna uses her medicolegal background to provide clear and strong representation for her clients. She works closely with each client to understand their situation and guide them through the legal process with care, attention, and practical advice.

Brynna Gang is admitted to practice in Illinois and several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She is dedicated to advocating for injured individuals and helping them pursue compensation through the vaccine injury program.
