Brunilda Bonilla

Brunilda Bonilla is a highly respected Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney, licensed to practice in New Jersey and Massachusetts. With over 22 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, child abuse, and private adoptions.

Ms. Bonilla holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, a J.D. from New England School of Law, and an additional J.D. from Boston University. She began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Severiano Lisboa III in the New Jersey Superior Court. She later worked as an associate at Forman, Cardonsky, Andril & Ungvary in Elizabeth, NJ, where she gained valuable experience in family law and litigation.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Bonilla is an active leader in the legal community. She has been a Hudson County Bar Association trustee for over 15 years and plays a vital role in its Family Law Committee. She previously served as Chair of the Hudson County (Vicinage VI) Fee Arbitration Committee and was a member of the District VI Ethics Committee. Recognized for her exceptional legal acumen, she was nominated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to chair the Ethics Committee and served as President of The Justice Virginia Long Family Inn of Court.
