Brooke K. Haley is a Portland, Maine employment lawyer and a partner at Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, Chartered, LLP who advises banks, financial institutions, and employers on workplace and commercial disputes. She counsels clients on policies, procedures, employment requirements, and strategies for reducing legal risk. Brooke brings extensive litigation experience developed during seventeen years at boutique, midsized, and global labor and employment firms in New York City. She handles pre-litigation counseling, litigation, arbitration, and internal investigations while advising employers on compliance, workplace best practices, and risk management. She also draws on experience with commercial business litigation, banking matters, real estate transactions, and securities, allowing her to assess disputes from both employment and broader business perspectives.

Brooke K. Haley has received New York Rising Star recognition since 2014 for her legal work. She is a member of the Maine Bar Association and has contributed to legal education through speaking and writing. She has addressed ethics in electronic discovery and coauthored a chapter on commercial litigation in New York courts.
