Brooke K. Haley

Brooke K. Haley is a Portland, Maine employment lawyer and a partner at Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, Chartered, LLP who advises banks, financial institutions, and employers on workplace and commercial disputes. She counsels clients on policies, procedures, employment requirements, and strategies for reducing legal risk. She also defends employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, hostile work environments, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. Brooke earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served on the Moot Court Board. She also draws on experience with commercial business litigation, banking matters, real estate transactions, and securities, allowing her to assess disputes from both employment and broader business perspectives.

She is a member of the Maine Bar Association and has contributed to legal education through speaking and writing.
