Brayden Cochran

Brayden Cochran is a trial attorney at May, Rammell & Wells in Idaho. He joined the firm as an associate in October 2023 and handles a broad range of civil and criminal matters. His practice includes family law, criminal defense, real property disputes, personal injury claims, corporate litigation, and civil rights cases. He also has substantial knowledge of legal issues involving artificial insemination, surrogacy, and reproductive health in Idaho.

Brayden earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wyoming in 2020 and received his Juris Doctor from the same university in 2023. During law school, he was named to the Fall First Year Honor Roll and the Dean’s List and received the High A in Torts. His academic work developed a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and practical problem solving across several areas of law.

While completing his legal education, Brayden gained hands-on experience through an externship with the Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault. He also participated in the University of Wyoming’s Estate Planning Practicum and completed work with the Albany County Prosecutor’s Office. These experiences exposed him to client advocacy, estate planning, prosecution, and sensitive family-related issues, preparing him to evaluate disputes from multiple perspectives and respond with practical legal strategies.
