Brittany Ford

Brittany Ford is a Florida civil litigation attorney and a partner at St. Denis & Davey who focuses on personal injury law, wrongful death, professional liability, premises liability, and insurance defense matters. She represents clients in disputes involving serious injuries, professional claims, property-related incidents, and insurance issues. She previously worked with a boutique personal injury practice handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass tort litigation. She gained experience with demanding cases and complex factual records across varied litigation settings.

Brittany earned her B.A. from the University of North Florida in 2012, graduating cum laude after studying English and History. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami College of Law in 2015, graduating magna cum laude. She earned membership in the Order of the Coif and served on the University of Miami Law Review. She also made the Dean’s List for six semesters and received multiple academic honors.

Brittany developed her legal foundation through extensive academic, editorial, and public service work while attending law school.
