Robert earned his B.A. from Brooklyn College. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor and member of the Seton Hall Law Review. He later served as Law Secretary to New Jersey Supreme Court Associate Justice Mark A. Sullivan. He is admitted in New Jersey, New York, multiple federal courts, the Third Circuit, and the US Supreme Court.
Robert has held significant leadership and professional service roles within New Jersey’s legal community. He served as president of the Morris County Bar Association and previously led its charitable foundation. He also served on the District X Ethics Committee by appointment of the New Jersey Supreme Court and became first chair of District XB. His professional service includes bar committees, legal services leadership, minority concerns work, arbitration, and private mediation.
Robert W. McAndrew has received recognition for service and civil litigation work. He was named Attorney of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section in 2017 and received the Morris County Bar Association Civil Practice Award in 2016.
