Brittany Bakken

Brittany Bakken is a senior associate attorney at Feist Law & Advocacy who has practiced immigration law since 2013. She represents clients in a broad range of immigration matters and immigration-related federal litigation. Before joining the firm, she spent more than seven years at another immigration law practice guiding clients through complex processes. Her work emphasizes clear explanations, collaboration, and practical planning toward immigration goals.

Brittany earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Carleton College. In law school, she served as an articles editor for the Minnesota Law Review and as a supervising student attorney in the Civil Practice and Child Advocacy Clinics.
