Brianne Falgien

Brianne Falgien is a founding partner of Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C., known as FWI Legal, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She focuses her practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Falgien represents injured clients dealing with accidents, medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and insurance disputes. Her work helps clients pursue compensation while receiving direct attorney attention and practical guidance throughout the legal process.

Falgien graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and began her litigation career in 2009. She also earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Wyoming in 2001. Her academic background supports her work in civil litigation, injury claims, client counseling, and negotiation. This training helps her evaluate damages, understand client concerns, and prepare cases with careful legal and factual analysis.

Falgien’s experience includes jury trials, hundreds of mediations and depositions, and numerous significant settlements for injured clients. Before founding FWI Legal, she worked at The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, where she created the personal injury litigation department and led the litigation department for more than eight years. She also practiced workers’ compensation, giving her experience with both pre-litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy for injured clients.

Brianne Falgien is licensed to practice in state and federal court and is involved with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Colorado Women Trial Lawyers Network, and The National Trial Lawyers Organization.
