Brianna C. Repetto

Brianna C. Repetto, Esq. is a skilled attorney with a strong focus on criminal and family law. She is known for her commitment to client advocacy, trial work, and deep knowledge of legal procedure. Before founding her own firm, she built her experience in both public and private legal sectors, representing clients across Rhode Island courts. Brianna earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Merrimack College, where she studied English and Pre-Law. She went on to receive her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. Her academic journey helped build a strong foundation in legal reasoning, advocacy, and courtroom practice.

During law school, Brianna worked with several private law firms and participated in competitive moot court. She represented clients under Rule 3:03 in Massachusetts through the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) and under Rule 9 in Rhode Island via the Roger Williams University Criminal Defense Clinic. These roles allowed her to gain early, hands-on experience in defending individuals in criminal cases.

Brianna also interned at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts (CLCM), where she expanded her understanding of family law, education rights, and juvenile justice. After law school, she passed the bar and worked as an associate attorney for 2.5 years, focusing on both criminal and family law matters across the state. She regularly appeared in court, tried cases, and worked directly with clients, building a reputation for thorough and effective legal service.

Brianna C. Repetto is also a contributing co-author of A Practical Guide to Trying DUI Cases in Rhode Island, where she provided expert insight in chapters 2 and 7.
