Brian Wallace

Brian Wallace is a co-founder of Foster Wallace and a seasoned personal injury attorney dedicated to representing clients across Missouri and Kansas. After building his career as a shareholder at an AmLaw 100 firm, he chose to focus his skills on helping individuals and families who have been wronged. His practice is rooted in aggressive advocacy, strategic insight, and a commitment to achieving meaningful justice.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2003, followed by his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2008. During law school, he served on the UMKC Law Review and established a reputation for excellence. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

Throughout his career, Brian has secured significant results for clients, including multimillion-dollar recoveries in personal injury cases. His experience spans car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and dog bite claims. Notable outcomes include a $1.4 million settlement in a section 1983 injury case, $1 million in a wrongful death car accident, and numerous six-figure results for victims of negligence.

Before founding Foster Wallace, Brian also represented high-profile clients, including a major NFL team, a Power 5 collegiate athletic conference, and national insurers in complex transactions. This experience gives him unique insight into both corporate and individual matters, allowing him to leverage strategic negotiation skills for his personal injury clients.
